Our suppliers
Minds + Assembly consistently works with diverse and small business suppliers to deliver exceptional
quality and value to our clients. We have awarded business to both classifications of suppliers
throughout the course of our operating history.
As part of our procurement and bidding process, we require all vendors to self-classify their business
based on industry-standard criteria and to provide certifications to support classifications when
available. Above all, we always seek out partners who can uphold the uncompromising standards we
expect of ourselves—and which our clients have grown to expect
To ensure alignment, all suppliers are asked to acknowledge and adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct below as part of their partnership with Minds + Assembly.
Environmental responsibility
Suppliers must operate in an environmentally responsible manner by minimizing waste, reducing emissions, conserving resources, and complying with all applicable environmental regulations. Partners who demonstrate a proactive approach to sustainable practices are preferred.
Human rights & fair labor
Suppliers are expected to uphold fundamental human rights and adhere to fair labor standards, including the prohibition of forced labor, child labor, and any form of human trafficking. All workers must be treated with dignity and provided with a safe and healthy work environment.
Diversity, equity & inclusion
Minds + Assembly prioritizes supplier diversity and inclusive practices. We encourage our partners to demonstrate a commitment to equitable hiring, support underrepresented groups, and promote diversity at all levels of their organization when practicable.
Ethical business conduct
Suppliers must maintain the highest standards of integrity, avoiding all forms of corruption, bribery, and unethical conduct. Accurate recordkeeping, transparent practices, and respect for confidential information are essential.
Legal & regulatory compliance
All suppliers must comply with relevant local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those governing labor, human rights, safety, and anti-corruption.
Monitoring & accountability
Minds + Assembly reserves the right to assess supplier compliance through audits, documentation reviews, or self-assessments. Non-compliance may result in a request for corrective action or termination of the partnership.

Our sustainability goals are achieved through collaboration. By partnering with Minds + Assembly, suppliers play a vital role in building a more responsible, ethical, and inclusive supply chain.
